Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Areas
Orders are delivered to the address provided, subject to courier coverage and local availability.
Delivery Timings
Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and courier performance. Timings are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Costs
A single flat rate applies: Africa Delivery ($30.00) to every country we serve. The selected method and cost are saved against your order.
Tracking
A tracking reference is issued by email once your order is dispatched, where the selected courier supports tracking.
International Shipping
Shipping is available across Africa at a flat $30.00 rate (10–21 working days). Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing or events outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your delivery details at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-dispatch fee.
Undelivered Orders
If an order is not delivered within a reasonable period, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
